Curing Oven

Designed for perfect results when manually curing DTF transfers up to 50 x 40cm. The Curing Oven has a digital controller for precise settings of temperature and time. The curing process starts at the touch of a button and alerts to remove the transfer film.

DTFMagic Automatic Finishing Unit

To achieve production volumes of DTF transfers we suggest using the automatic finishing and curing unit. The unique adhesive powder coating is what gives the DTF transfers their unique soft touch and feel. The “moisture seeking” powder attaches to the inks and chemically forms a strong permanent bond to the fibres of the specific garment or textile.

The 4 x Infrared bulbs offer efficient curing and safe operation.

DTF Powder Curing. Suitable for both 45cm and 60cm DTF media. High quality vacuum mesh belt driven operation with touch screen digital controller for complete management. Please note this unit can be added to the production at a later stage if preferred.

The unit requires a 32amp commando socket (single phase) and access of at least 1m doorway. External extraction is recommended to ensure clean and efficient operation.
