Template artwork is available to download here  making the print process very easy on both sides if required.

Felt Air Fresheners – printed using either sublimation or toner based transfer paper such as our TTC using CMYK printers.  Once printed the customer can add their own choice of essential oil or fragrance accordingly. The oils are widely available on almost every high street or online and can be re-used time and time again due to the high absorption properties of the polyester felt.

Each individual sheet includes the relevant number of hanging ribbons and clear bags for presentation or counter POS. Not only are they perfect for cars, homes and souvenirs. But also charities, sports clubs and associations. Can also be used as  luggage tags or Christmas decorations.

Sublimation
As a production technique is relatively simple. It’s the chemical process which separates it from any other form of digital printing. When sublimation inks are heated, they turn into a gas and form a permanent bond to 100% polyester fabric or items that have a polymer coating. The ink molecules revert to a solid state upon cooling. Resulting in a premium full colour quality image. That will not crack, peel or wash away from the substrate. Sublimation dyes are not opaque and therefore the printable items need to be white or pastel colours.
