High quality heat transfer rayon flock with high density fibres. Perfect for sports and leisurewear decoration. Excellent cutting and weeding properties.

Our Flock Transfer is a garment film which can be used to create exciting and eye-catching designs that can be applied to a variety of different garments using a heat press. Premium Flock HTV is a cheaper alternative to embroidery and is perfect to use on garments. Flock Heat Transfers are suitable for use on Cotton, Polyester, Poly/Cotton, and Fleece.

Our Premium Flock is EN 71-3 certified, meeting stringent European safety standards for use on children’s toys. This certification guarantees that our vinyl is free from harmful chemicals, making it a safe choice for applications on soft toys and children’s products. Premium Flock offers a velvety texture that adds a cozy, tactile feel to toys, creating a soft, durable finish that’s perfect for little hands. Its vibrant colours are long-lasting and resistant to wear, even through regular play. With Premium Flock, you can personalise toys with peace of mind, knowing your designs are not only beautiful but also safe for children.

Premium Flock has a self-adhesive carrier that allows for easy repositioning of transfers before pressing.
Press standard colours at 155-170°C for 17-20 seconds, and neon colours at 165°C for 20 seconds.

Washable up to 60°C and also suitable for dry cleaning.

Superb soft touch. Wash textiles inside out.

Available in 40 colour options in roll format, 500mm width. The self adhesive polyester allows repositioning of transfers prior to pressing.
