To use the Roland Versa Studio BN20D DTF Printer with Versaworks 6, you will need to follow these steps:
1. Install the Versaworks 6 software on your computer. You can download the latest version of the software from the Roland website.
2. Connect your BN20D DTF Printer to your computer using a USB cable or network connection.
3. Launch the Versaworks 6 software and select your printer from the list of available devices.
4. Load your design or artwork into Versaworks 6. You can import files in a variety of formats, including EPS, PDF, and AI, as well as bitmap images in JPEG, TIFF, and BMP formats.
5. Configure your print settings in Versaworks 6, such as the resolution, print quality, and color profile. You can also select the media type and adjust the ink density to ensure optimal printing results.
6. Load the DTF media into the printer, making sure that the media is properly aligned and that the surface is free from dust and debris.
7. Start the printing process from Versaworks 6. The BN20D DTF Printer will print the design onto the DTF media using high-quality ink.
8. Once the printing is complete, remove the DTF media from the printer and apply the design onto the desired surface using a heat press.
9. Finally, cure the DTF transfer using the recommended temperature and time settings for the ink and substrate that you are using.
